RE: Why do we see so few Challengers in the wild
I received mine on 10/13 and I'm going to turn 300 miles next time I drive it.
I've been taking it to work the nicest 1 day of the week and driving it a bit on weekends.

10/22 pick up. only 345 miles to date, in light of recent Pacific Northwest weather................
One terrific vehicle!!!
I absolutely am impressed with the 6 speed, the clutch, the handling, the HEMI, the electronics, the interior, etc etc etc........

Depending on the week, mine is a daily driver or weekend warrior (I had to take it to work most of last week, as I was having the trunk lid of the Mustang repainted). Got it Sept. 22. 875 miles to date.

Bought mine around 2 weeks ago, Black R/T with 6 Speed, Daily Driver, awesome car, love it. The six speed is the tremec 6060 trans that is also found in the Viper and 2008 and newer Corvettes. I bought mine somewhat on a whim. I was at my local dealer because my 2006 Magnum was in the shop. What is now my car was sitting on the lot and I just fell in love with it and took it home and left the Magnum!

09 R/T manual, picked up Nov 8th. About 100 miles when I get home from work today. It will be a part time daily driver; with 5 running vehicles and only 2 drivers in the family, something needs to sit sometimes. Probably see 2 or 3 days a week and some weekend fun driving.
Truck will get the primary wintery muck.
Mustang - more track time and dry days
Galalxie - show and occasional weekend
Jeep Commander - kid hauler
Challenger - general purpose with STYLE!

I have 5 cars to drive so the Challenger is only for fun. Living in the Cleveland area...it's mostly done for this year. Only 400 miles so far.
