Default Dyno results

Hi guys I am new to this form and I don't claim to be an expert on engine. I have a question I bought an 09 Challenger SRT8 with only 15,000 miles on it I put on a 2.9 Whipple supercharger Kooks long tube headers Midas catalytic converter and black widow exhaust, I took it to the Dino in August the temperature was about 89 degrees and it was humid my results where an even 500 power. I was extremely disappointed has everything I have read and question so-called experts about said I should have gotten at least 550. So with the temperature and humidity that day how much do you think the results were affected and if I were to get it checked again now for the temperature is much cooler what should I expect four numbers
