It's a nice thought but the core issue is it needs to be economically feasible; otherwise, it makes more sense to continue to use gas. I know we would, and trust me, I'm not from that school of thought considering that I have friends and relatives that are farmers. I'm just know how these people think and know that they will raise a hissy fit about this. If they are going to get bent out of shape about Ice Cream producers using Cow's milk (oh the bovine humanity of it) as if this is something new and traumatizing experience to the cow that will give it post-traumatic stress disorder, they are not going to be happy with a more efficient use of hogs because to them this is a set back in their agenda.
