How much do you think that would cost them? I'd say it wouldn't be too bad. The only thing that confuses me is since the LX platform is practically an old Mercedes E-Class platform, wouldn't some of this already have been done. Also, I believe I heard that some of the interior bits came from MB's parts bin as well. Wouldn't they already have the right hand drive components?

The platform defines the infrastructure which includes many generic parts, but many of the parts would be specific to the Charger.
I wouldn't think it would cost that much, but then I do not understand how big the down undermarket is to see if is cost justified.
