Default It pays to advertise?

When I looked at the forums home page a bit ago, there was a banner ad from some Web site offering allegedly reduced, negotiated prices on Challengers from dealers that have an oversupply of them. Curious, I partly filled out the info they wanted. I stopped when I got to this point:

What You Will Get:
- Pre-Negotiated Price Quote from an Authorized Ford Dealer
- Average Sales Price to compare your Dealer Price
- Access to our Buyers Guide

Yep. Bet a lot of Ford dealers have an oversupply of Dodge products. Run out and get one today!

We dont have any control over what google puts up there...or what they list as being related to something else...

it used to be MUCH worse...it would put adult links in there, if there was a word anywhere on the screen that related.

What 1 Bad Mirada says is true. Be happy they at least have somewhat relevant ads over dirty ads. In truth, it is wise advertising for Ford products since many of our members are Mustang owners.

google places their ads based on general relevancy...pardon my spelling...

but since we have a ton of mustang comments here, google likely notices this site as being key for mustang keywords...but then, some google advertisers actually pay to put their banner up their in cross markets..like at my caddy site, chrysler has google ads for the 300.
