Two of Dodge's Finest
The question is which one of these srt's is really faster ? The srt-10 is slightly modded so it may have the edge. Please note that this post is not an endorsement of or an attempt to interest anyone in street racing - just an academic question.

If both were stock... it would be a drivers race. They both turn similar 13 sec. quarter mile times. Top end belongs to the SRT-8 as the truck tops out at 155ish and we know the SRT-8 is good for 173 mph. Both are fine vehicles and a blast to drive.

I was sold on the srt vehicles when I drove the srt-10 last summer. We had an animated discussion yesterday about whose car was faster and knew that we would be neck and neck. I have the 3:93 rear end. Does anyone know what rear end the automatic srt-10 came out with? That might be the real difference. I did blow off a Ford Lightning the other day. Its owner looked surprised that he did not have the quick acceleration that the challenger has. My g/f still thinks I got it for the hands free phone lol !

that srt10 is an automatic, so it is slower than the times of the RC with a manual trans. if that challenger is a 6-speed model, my money would be on the car for sure.
awesome vehicles though!
