BSBA in accounting with an emphasis on audit. minor in econ.

now im a writer and webpage administrator...i didnt own a computer until 2000.
Really? I had a computer since the 80s (actually it was my dad's but I consider them to be mine as well). I didn't have the internet until around 9/11/01.

when i went to college, i didnt check my email for months. i knew that i was given an email, but i didnt know how to check it...i didnt even know how to navigate the computer. it took my girlfriend at the time asking me if i had gotten her emails..so i told her that i didnt know how...so she showed me how...oddly enough, i now making a living online.

Up here they make you so dependent on e-mail and the internet that it is disturbing. Last semester, the campus e-mail went down. You would have thought there was a shooter on campus or something. Everyone was in a complete panick. I was laughing it up saying "I told you so" to all the arrogant people who told me "We don't send PAPER copies of bills to you, that is so 19 century. The e-mail system is so much better." (Arrogant Higher-ups) "Okay, what happens when technology fails since your bills haven't been coming through the e-mail." (RLSH700) "That is impossible, technology never fails." (Arrogant Higher-ups)

It is foolish for people to have a blind believe in technology and never having a back-up plan for when it fails (especially when all the services are run by computers built by the lowest bidder-Gateway[:'(]-).

Was it just the time? Because doesn't the military pay for your schooling?
