I got lucky with the inlaws. Good people they are.

HAHAHA! Good one TechmanBD.

Good luck on getting the dirt bike running. Let us know what mods you were able to add to your Mustang in process.
Thanks, the mods with this money will most likely center around suspension mods. I just installled some new stuff. Need to take a few pics and go update my other thread.

Jeremiah, That turkey sounds good. The fried part though. Not supposed to do fried anything anymore. But we do the trick with the syringe and shoot up the turkey.

Fried, is not as big an issue as you think.......because of the speed of cooking the outside, it get seared shut and not that much peanut oil penetrates the turkey. Peanut is actually healthy anyway.

Happy Thanksgiving to you guys as well and pray that you guys have an awesome time with friends and family.

I'll look in the other thread. Good luck with that.

As far as the frying goes, if you only do it one time a year it isn't a big problem.

Actually, as an example we cooked 4 turkeys this year, we'll strain it store it in a container and put in the refrigerator for next year.

You can actually keep the peanut oil for a few years if you don't burn it. Temperature needs to be between 300-350F.

I took these pictures just for your guys. This deep fryer by the way is for cooking crawfish and that is why it is so big but
it is much safer than the smaller ones at Walmart. The Turkey may look burnt but it is not.
