I did happen to notice the mention of The Grin...

Amazing how well the press has responded in thier reviews of the Challenger. He has done reviews of the SE and SRT8 also.

I sensed he might have a little dissapointment in the interior though...

 

I do like the 09 RT shifter handle for the manual, I wonder if it can be adapted to fit the 08 auto shift.

I also like the 09 RT seat inserts and always thought the Hemi Orange 08 SRT 8 interior would be cool with orange inserts, more than just the SRT stripe.

 

I have been thinking the same thing Steve. Called my dealers parts dept and they said they should be getting thier new parts ordering catalog updated in the computer by end of Sept and I could have them bring one in and see if it will work.

Worst case its just a matter of adapting two threaded pieces as I see it.

 

Haha, yeah, he couldn't stop hating on the interior. I don't love the inside, but a lavish interior is not part of the muscle car equation. So I'll deal with the perfectly functional setup that comes standard, and customize if I get tired of it.
