Default 1943 WW2 Jeep w/gun

I saved these pics from Ebay a while ago. I thought you guys might like to see them.
It's a 1943 Jeep from World War II. It was fully restored by two expert mechanics using
as many new old stock parts as possible. It even has the gun. I think it's a 50 caliber?
They wanted 20-something thousand for it. I totally would have bought it if I could have.
It is so sweet. I hope that wasn't the last time a jeep this sweet will be available.

sorry military Jeeps dont do much for me... show me a 50's finned mopar & I'm happy. Used to sit on my Dad's lap & he would let
me steer his '58 Coronet. That car had chrome all over the place.

Very nice…..just what you need, should you feel the need to intimidate a driver who is driving to slow in the fast lane…..nothing like firepower to get motorists to move over…
(By the way the “gun” is a 30 cal…but many jeeps did mount the larger 50 Cal.)
The jeep reminds me of the old TV show…..”The Rat Patrol”
