Default Import/Export Laws in Europe

Not sure if anyone here will know the answers here, but I thought I'd try..

I have a '09 R/T in California right now, but I'm active duty navy and will be getting new orders in the next couple of months. There's a good chance I'm going to end up somewhere in Europe, possibly Belgium.. Does anyone have any idea at all about what I could expect the process to involve for driving my Challenger in Europe? The Navy will ship it for me so I'm not worried about that, but once it's there, will I have to convert a ton of things, do they use the same crappy gas America uses? or is it still leaded there?

ignorant questions I know, but if anyone can help, i'd appreciate it.

I think we have the strictest emission laws out there. We have a member who is stationed in Germany and he would know for a fact if anything extra is needed. I'll see if I can get his name. SF18C is our member and he owns a new Challenger and drives it all over Europe. PM him and see what he says.
