Even the SE has trunk-lid struts, Paladin. Guess what you paid extra on the 08 got you the other stuff in addition to the little metal plate on the dashboard (that the public can't see). Sounds to me like the money would be better spent on side stripes.

Really, I was told the SE came with a wooden prop rod. Yea, I really hate I wasted all the hard earned money. Guess I better trade it for a SS Camaro.

Don't worry Paladin, we'll have the last laugh come January at the Jackson-Barrett Auction when we run our SRT8 Challengers across the block...oh sorry I forgot, we were not going to talk about it........
Forget what I just said..............

Anyone know it the 20 inch chrome 5 spoke rims shown on Dodge Challenger page are available? They kind of look like a retro version of the old pentastar rims back in da day?

Every single comment I have received on the R/T 20's is so very positive and complimentary of Dodge!!

Further, many have added that the 20's are way better looking than anything on the SRTs or SEs, and flow nicely with the spectacular retro look the Challenger has accomplished, which we will all agree trumps the Mustang and Camaro design efforts.

Happy 20's!!!!

Dude, the 20s on the '09 SRTs are the ultimate. But, if I were considering going aftermarket these guys ROCK...

I can see it now: "Can I get $39.50 for this old black buggy? How about $39.75? $39.75...$39.75...going once....going twice...sold to the man driving the white SE. Obviously, he can afford to take on one of these old crates."

LOL - I looked at a Dodge 1500 with 20's and I noticed a funny tinge to the wheel caps so I tapped it and it was a plastic hubcap, if they break, you can remove the entire cover and replace it, wow I was really let down that they weren't true chromed 20's. Kinda like the real fake pleather in those SRT's hahahahaha
