What is the better way or system to lower and improve my 2009 R/T suspension?

 

I would suggest Eibach springs, sways front and rear are upgradable.

I ran the OEM SRT8 springs on my car, but I'm finding some extra bounce in the back end. I looked at Hotchkis but they are a bit pricier. Eibach has a great reputation, good roots with old school muscle so I've opted to run the sportlines on my car.
