I think the retro look of the new Challenger looks more like the original Camaro than the new Camaro does. Lots of "casual observers" out there are more familiar with the original Camaro than the original Challenger. They've heard that Chevy was bringing out a new Camaro, they see a cool new retro-looking car and they think it's the Camaro.

I think, at least I hope, we will see plenty of advertising this Fall. I think they know they have a winner so they'll want to strike as soon as the iron is hot.
In the meantime, they're using the auto media for free advertising to pretty good effect so far.
