Default RE: UPDATE - Finally

Chrysler normally likes to offer a low production on new models just to be safe. After they see a large demand, they normally increase it significantly. It was this way at first for the PT Cruiser, but they finally uped production. I'm not worried.

unexpected drop last year in sales of full-size pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles.
If they honestly thought that the demand for full-sized trucks and SUVs wouldn't go down last year, then their marketing department badly needs an enema (forgive me if it's a little vulgar but there is no other way to get the message across). Last time I checked, high fuel prices equal less SUV sales not the other way around. The SUV market is over, how much more obvious could it be, get out of it and invest in your cars instead. Good grief they witness Ford and GM failing because of this and what do they do, they starting to fight in a dying segment. How stupid can they be? Grrrr!!![sm=rant.gif]

Default RE: UPDATE - Finally

If only 30,000 built -- and expensive -- that means I won't see hundreds of them around town shortly after I buy one -- unlike my '05 Mustang.
