I had a hunch it was the silver car from the Chicago preview... one of the Dodge marketing guys told me that he put badges on the show cars for display purposes and that they were not cars 4, 5, and six as the dash badges indicated. The badges on the show cars were really cheap, almost like foil...I hope the real badges are better quality than that...the number on the silver caught my eye because I have a silver car on order and my '96 Corvette Grand Sport is vin number ....00006. It would be cool to have a pair of sixes, wouldnt it??

I'm wondering if they are getting several together for Mother's Day weekend. Thinking outside the box here as Darlington has its Cup race that weekend sponsored by DODGE and it is the Challenger 400..... HHMMMMM PAce CAR!!!!?????

Justinic...I have brothers in the airline business, get standby buddy passes and know in advance which flights have open seats. Been doing it for years. Only got stuck a couple times. Got to do lots of car stuff otherwise not available

Ive been the the NYC show on a Saturday, its gonna be tough getting anywhere near a Jetta let alone the Challenger. Id hate to say it but there is literally one billion people at that show on a weekend so I suggest a weekday. Ill be there this Thursday beatin the crowd, and ill try and grab some early pics.

Yes - that show is NUTS on the weekends, especially easter sunday (go figure). If any of you can get there Friday (i would still say early) or monday (during the week) there will not be NEARLY the crowd of the weekend, plus all those kids jumping in & out of the cars.

I will be at New York Auto show. Sat March 22. Fly out Detroit to Laguardia 6:00 AM, coach transport to Port Authority building, and walk to Javitz. See car, video and photos, return to airport 6:00 PM flight home.
Anybody in New York with advice?

Actually its Saturday night Mothers day weekend. Sunday is the OFF day.
