RE: Real Life Quarter Mile Times....
I guess I will have to break down and take my SRT to Firebird (local strip) and see how I run....sounds like to much fun to pass up...
Any advise as to how to handle the ESP, driving tips, etc......(It been a long time.. the last time I went down the strip, it was at the old Irwindale Drag Strip in Calif, and it's been gone a long time.....)

I made it to the event on Saturday. Ran into Madmike87 (08 SRT) and Racyroy1 ( 09 R/T). It took for ever....to get the track ready! We didn't start runs till about 11:30 or so. I was the 5th car out in the right lane....and laid rubber for about 200ft, ran a 14.4 @ 107 MPH. The track finally got better but I was still having trouble hooking up 2nd run was 13.2 @ 107 MPH. I only got two runs in.....I had to head home for my girls Home Coming Dance. We had about 22 kids and 8 parents over for a BBQ and Pics....then suttled them to the dance. My girls and Dates asked if I would take them in the Challenger.....They smiled all the way there!
