2009 Dodge Challenger for an investment

RE: 2009 Dodge Challenger for an investment
What's so nostalgic about the JFK years? Assassination, Vietnam, Korea, gas crisis #1, and sex scandals. Sounds pretty nostalgic to me... The worth of a 1965 Mustang to me is the gas I have to fill it up with to get it from A-B. Other cars... that's a different story. I'm the buy it and build it kind of guy. My journey includes redoing the entire car, top to bottom. If I were rich and didn't have the time or tenacity to rebuild a car, sure, I'd buy it.
All that aside, a car is a liability, not an investment, and any schmuck car dealer trying to convince you otherwise is a liar or an idiot. I wouldn't buy my car from either.

Ride your bikes miles from home until 11 PM, leave the bikes out front all night, leave the doors unlocked, hitchhiking everywhere, great music, no STDs, cheap houses, uncrowded cal surf and a big ruling middle class...it was great.
