Then they will add a 10% rebate to fool foolish customers into thinking they got a good deal. They need to set realistic prices like the good car companes do (Toyoto,Honda,Nissan).

Dude... you forgot Yugo

Once again the rumer mill rears its head.... This is a tried and proven manual transmission. If I was going to own a stick shift it would be this transmission in ANY car.

In my area (Tidewater VA), the 09 Challenger is a normal car with normal pricing. SE's and RT's are totally negotiable and they are asking MSRP for the SRT8.

Everything has been go up like crazy. Inflation is higher than I ever remember it being... EVER!
You should have been around in about 1977 and 1978. The inflation rate now, as bad as it is, is NOTHING compared to then. God, now I sound like my old man raving about the Depression!

I suspect that the 8% price increase is a dealer scare tactic to make you buy a 2008.

Just a wee pup then... no sense for inflation. Vaguely remember the gas lines though.

Ha ha ...Ask the Democrats in congress. USA has all these environmental laws that other countries dont follow.
We dont produce anything any more because the Socialist Party wants it that way.Its all there in black and white.
Kind of like off shore drilling and drilling in Alaska for oil. They paint the picture one way when it is nothing close in reality.
Then you have the s....ok I will save it for political forums.
Ask the Republican Management why they think they are worth millions, no wonder the companies are in the red!
