Autostick

Does anyone drive their car with autostick all the time? Will it damage the trans faster than leaving in auto? Will it waste more gas?

If you wind the gears out, it will probably use more gas.

As far as longevity, if you constantly shift at or near the redline, it only seems logical that the trans may have a shorter life.
