Challenger Sightings.
Spotted a DWB Challenger R/T a half block from my house at the fitness gym parking lot. It had temp plates on it. If it is in town, that makes three R/Ts. Red, white and blue.
Besides the guys I saw down at the XXX Rootbeer here in Issaquah, I have only seen two, one HO SRT8 parked at a Costco and the other being a Black RT driving on Bothell-Everett Hwy.
Been on the road a lot this last week. I saw a black SRT on I-74 near Champaign, Illinois last Saturday. Tonight I saw my first Titanium colored R/T on I-70 near Brazil, Indiana. It had black fender stripes and was sharp looking.
I cctually saw three Challengers in the wild in one day. They were not on the dealer lot but on the street and I'm not counting my own '08 I thought it was pretty cool but I also notice that the excitement level with folks noticing mine has lessened. at least people don't follow me home now...
I still see very few around, but lo and behold, last Thursday night on my way out for a drive, there's a Black SRT driving towards the corner I was waiting to pull out from. It turns into the neighborhood across from mine. So as I pull out I shoot into his neighborhood and check out his ride. He's had his about a month but I still have more to learn about it, but wow, now I have some company.

After work on Tuesday I came out to go home and not only did I see another but it belongs to a guy that works for the same company as I do. I couldn't resist pulling my car next to his and taking these pics. My SRT and his RT.
Yesterday I saw a combination that I haven't seen before. It was on a dealers lot in Newton, Illinois. It was an R/T Classic in black. It had the black side stripes and the classic wheels looked great with that combo. The stripes looked a lot better than I would have imagined. It was a kind of ghost effect.
Then today I saw a black Challenger go through our town with red hood stripes. I couldn't tell what model it was. These cars are still rare in this area.
