Default changing front turn bulbs

Anyone know how to get to the front turn signals bulbs? The owners manual just says to have a dealer change the headlight bulbs and does not go into detail about how to get to the turn signal bulbs. Does the plastic shroud in front of the top of the radiator come out easy?

nah, they all still work but it looks to me like the amber color to the turn signal when "off" is only due to the reflection from an amber bulb in the housing so I thought I would try replacing the stock amber bulb with a chrome amber bulb.

The chrome amber bulb will still light up amber in the parking light mode and turn signal mode but when off, the bulb appears chrome and will disappear in the housing, making both the turn signals and the headlight bulbs appear to be white lights. So it will look more like a 4 headlamp front end when no lights are on.

If it works, I'll post pictures. The bulbs should arrive this week.

I already did this and it looks sweet.

You have to pop out the plastic panels under the hood jyst aft of the front end.

Cool, thanks Paladin06! I figured I could not have been the first to contemplate this change.

It looked like those plastic pieces just popped out but I didn't know if there were any hidden fasteners. Or if there was an easier way to get to the turn signals.

I can't wait to get the new bulbs in.
