My car is now on a train headed to hapeville georgia to be unloaded. Vinvision is saying it will be unloaded on 6/18 but will not be delivered to the dealer until 6/23. I have a check in had ready to give to the dealer and i already have a completed buyers order. Is there any possible way i could go drop the check off with the dealer and be able to go pick up my car straight from the rail yard instead of having to wait 5 days for it to be delivered? The reason I am asking is because there is a huge car show at Year One called the braselton bash on 6/21 that i want to have my car at. If i personally am not allowed to pick the car up from the rail yard would the dealership be allowed to? I wanted to ask you guys about this before i talk to my dealer so when i talk to them i will already know whether or not it is possible. Thanks for any info.

 

My dealer said if I wanted to come pay for the car when it was unloaded from the rail car I could go there with them and drive the car back to the lot for the PDI and all, then take it home. Talk to your dealer, they may be able to do the same.
