just being a certain age does not mean you have more wisdom than someone else.
Very true. The mere fact we're on this board proves we're all a bunch of professional adolescents.

Any how, back ON TOPIC, gas is holding at $3.55 in my neighborhood today.

MAC, I'm sorry and I apologize as I never meant to imply that I was a smart cookie or had more wisdom than anybody else. What i was trying to say is that as you go along in life and the years add up you learn lots of things and never really stop and those years have taught me a lot. As for McCain he is a very strong and honorable man for what he went thru. My lessons learned or wisdom at my age is no better than his more than likely but I know that I have already experienced what I call " SENIOR MOMENTS " which is Lapses in memory and with some of the things that Mr McCain has been quoted saying at age 72 his Senior moments scare me some as President. To be sure I may be the very same at 72 and probably will not be driving my CHALLENGER and turned it over to my great grandson .
BUT , a smart cookie or more wise than anybody else.....NO WAY..... just a lot of down to earth common sense I will claim pride in , nothing more.

GAS PRICES HERE NEAR ATLANTIC CITY NJ ARE $ 3.47 a gallon for regular , Fat Cat[sm=gears.gif]

Gas here in St. Louis was as low as $3.23 a gallon on Thursday morning. Then after work it shot up a quarter to $3.48. Sitting at $3.47 today.

Fat Cat, no apologies needed, I was not being sarcastic when I said I thought you were a smart cookie, because I think you are based on your posts. Just wanted to make sure that age by itself does not imply wisdom. However I agree that as you get older you do gain life experience and I am a whole lot wiser and richer than I was at the age of 20.

Okay gas is 3.67 a gallon near my town, about the cheapest I can find for regular. I assume you can burn regular with the R/T?

no mid grade....I use to use regular on my 05 ram 1500 with the 5.7 in it and I just had to flush the engine out because of all the gunk that had built up by not using mid grade. Cost me a bundle .
