My friend just won a drag-strip season track championship (not sure which track in Florida) using one.

 

I've read gains are ~25HP or so. I dunno how accurate that is though.

 

are you gonna need a chip to by pass the rev limiter so you can hit 174mph?

 

I just came from a shop here in Kentucky that is tuning a Charger with the 6.1 stroked out to a 426cu in. with cams and he got 496rwhp out of it using the Diablo tuner on his dyno. That would be approximatly 570 at the crank!! Not bad!!

 

Yes. There's a rev limited on neutral, as well as the drive gears.
