I agree. Our 04 GTO was a rare color/trany combo we treated it like a trailer queen. The value of it now is more than 15g's less than we paid (MSRP). We will take care of our Chally but not like a collecter car just a new car. We will drive the car like it was ment to be driven and enjoy it let our son's worry about if it is worth anything to restore.

 

My wife and I were talking last night about the Challenger, and she said, "If I know you, you'll eventually get two of them -- one to drive and one to keep." Now I'm hoping that a few make their way into the rental car market so I can eventually pick up a second one for daily use at a reasonable price.

There are many other investments that have a better ROI. Keep in mind that you can buy an 70's Challenger in good shape but it might be only $10k-$20K now.

I do not believe that is a good ROI.

I too like Kramtrah would enjoy it more seeing my kids or grandkids (whenever I get some) enjoy my car.
