A used Viper for around $30,000. Then spend the left over $10,000 for one year supply of gas.
I doubt the Challenger is going to cost $40,000 at the base model. It depends on what you value. I wouldn't pay $36,163 for that boat because I don't have $36,163 worth of value towards it. I wouldn't pay 32,000 for that motorcycle because I don't have $32,000 worth of value for it. I don't have that much value for either because I don't really want either one, but I do want a Challenger. The Challenger is worth more to me.

By doing the work myself, I could increase the size of my deck, put a pad under the new part and put in that long-wanted hot tub/spa ($7,500.00), reside my house in vinyl instead of the disgusting 1970's aluminum that's on it now ($8,500.00), remodel/update the kitchen and bathrooms ($15,000.00), repave/widen my driveway ($5,000.00), and get a new wide-screen tv and surround system.......
....nah, I'd rather have the Challenger.

2. Don't like Motorcycles.
3. Got a military retire, military disability, will have $950K in my 401K when I leave Boeing in 6 years.
4. Got my AA and BS degree.
5. New house, no work needed.
6. One 2 and one 4 year old car both under 40K miles.
7. Not getting divorced and no child support.
8. Got about all the firearms I could ever need or want.
How about a 2nd challenger?
