I think the V6's should have their own 17" wheels, the 5.7l R/T 18"s and the SRT8 6.1 19's. Sixes should have non-scooped, non striped hoods, a single exhaust, and SXT badging.

They better offer the 20 inch wheels on the R/T!! Also, I wonder if the `09 R/Ts will have that same CF hood stripe action that the SRT8s have?

dang....i wish i would've sat in the thing in vegas....too many people in line to check it out... when i was at a chrysler meeting last march, the vp of then dcx communications said the production model looked better than the concept....dunno if thats true, but, from the outside the car looked excellent...those teaser shots didn't do much justice....as far as the interior...it was hot...the tent was crowded...and i wanted to ride in the srt's one more time (for those chrysler dudes out there, that were in vegas you know what i mean)...besides....elliot sadler and kurt busch wanted to talk to me LOL j/k....what? oh....so yeah, the outside looked great...don't know about the interior....btw my challenger is officially scheduled to be built....whatever that means LOL

That would be cool along with hood pins and a lift off hood. now that would be retro of the old days, but do to owner conveneance don't think they will do it again. I could see the full fiberglass hood though. That would be cool.

Richknapp brings up a fond memory I remember as a kid, and that was the hood pins. I love the iconic look they would have but unfortunately they are from another time and don't go with today's style. Too bad, but I'm still digging' the thought.

Hood pins are on the 2006 Shelby GT-H and 2007 Shelby GT (FYI).

i don't see the new challenger looking good with hood pins maybe because the hood doesn't extend to the nose of the car anymore
