That's a thought for Chrysler, since they're so SEMA oriented and what have you. They should offer (in the nature of Harley with their factory backed mods) a guaranteed engine upgrade path for those who want more out of their Mopars engine-wise. 'Cause I'd be hard pressed to take a new engine and do any serious tweakidge that would nullify any mfgr warranty. I'd be more inclined to put a crate somethin' or other into it.

Wow there's another thought, they could sell a rolling chassis! If states' dot's would allow such a thing. Then buy a crate engine for it, wire it how ya like it, put whatever interior you like.

 

how much hp are we talkin about with the upgrade 500? 550?

Hell, 500 would probably intrigue enough into plinking down there coin if Chrysler warranteed the work.

 

they say they may sell that challenger S/S in a limited numbers at dealerships but it wont be street legal i can imagine that is gonna cost over 60 grand
