rrunner, my '70 Roadrunner (orange, 440) has been borrowed for the past 10 proms by several different kids and my neighbor kid was going to take the Challenger this year if it ever gets here. I think alot of folks need to lighten up a little. The new Challenger isn't produced in such limited quantities as to put on a shelf, it's made to use, enjoy and drive. If price is the problem for buyers, then just wait a couple years to buy one. I hope people don't let the car own them by over extending the budget.
My dealer support just flat sucks, even though I've had money deposited for 2 years and an agreed upon formula for the price, and the car is VINd and in line in my name, I can see getting the shaftola from him anyway.

Hello everyone just got a pic on my cell from a friend at laughlin harley run....picture of a silver challenger
i had her ask what the vin number was its 500094 and she was told its number 9 by the guy with it--go figure does the lower vin really
have any meaning....my vin is 289137 good luck Joani

Was this a 08 production car or a mule . I find the high vin odd but you never know with how things are going . A picture of the dash badge would be nice .

Today I called the customer care and I guess my VIN, VON and care number no longer connect to ANY car......
I'm about ready to cancel my order and try again for the 2009's :-(

Well I just got of the phone and im still in D status .When will it ever change .I think im going to go build a car while waiting on this one to get here .

let me try to cheer some of you guys up. just recieved my issue of car and driver, and there are 2 challengers inside. page 34 an se, and on page 46 a CONVERTIBLE.
