One thing I DID wonder about Deathproof, though: When they were playing Captain's Mast, where did the door window frames that the straps appeared to be tied to come from? The doors of the 70 Challenger had no window frames.

Deathproof (both parts) was one WEIRD, screwed up movie(s)... although I certainly wouldn't expect anything less from Quentin Tarantino.

And I noticed the "modification" on the Challenger too when they were playing "Captain's Mast", guess that was the only way they could keep the straps attached to the car.

And when I become President, I will enact a law similar to the endangered animal species act that classic cars cannot be destroyed for entertainment purposes. They've got CGI now, there's no need anymore to destroy a classic car merely for entertainment value. Would you vote for that?

I've never heard of there being door frames. I knew about the rear side windows, though. To tell you the truth, I never even saw a Challenger Deputy model, so all I know of them is what I've read.
