New Car...for those who didnt see at DF.
Well, new to us, anyway.
Its a 1992 Plymouth Laser RS. 6-bolt motor (4G63T), turbocharged, AWD, LSD, AC, power everything.
The car belonged to one of my dad's customers, and since the car was new, my dad has done all of the work, with the exception of the new clutch a few months ago because my dad had his shoulder rebuilt.
The car got a new turbo and ECU in 2004, and the new clutch late last year. The interior looks like it just came off the showroom, and it runs great. The only physical issue with the car, is the owners son backed into a jeep, and it dented in the RR quarter panel, which you can see in the pictures. Im going to see about getting it popped back out, and even though there will be some creases in the metal, that would be better than the huge dent...
Its got the typical early 90s chrysler paint, so the clear has turned white in places, but you can see from the pictures that it doesnt look bad, and there is almost no rust anywhere on the car.

Not bad looking besides the dent. But something that is fixable. So how many does that make now?
I was out in Farmington Hills 2 weeks ago. It was snowing, about in the 20's. It was cold. I couldn't live in that mostly because I like to ride my motorcycle all year round, BUT it was nice being in it for the short time I was there.

We have 8 right now, but the daytona is for sale, and we have a couple guys who seem very interested. We really dont want or need to be rid of the daytona, but i have a good running, more easily modded turbo car, or a turbo car that doesnt run, and it is hard to find parts...
