Who Works on Their Car?

RE: Who Works on Their Car?
Then we are all bound legally to take it to someone who can dispose of it (ala Walmart) and transporting it be messy.
I understand where you are coming from. I am the same way.

RE: Who Works on Their Car?
I try and do everything myself on all of my cars. Everything from pulling the engine to programming the PCM. The only thing I won't do is rebuild a motor or tranny, I'll leave that to the professionals. It's to hard to trust mechanics out there, they are willing to work on your car, then race it at your expense [:'(]. I've had a couple bad experiences, not all are bad.

To get you into their products, some car makers invite you to strap on a helmet and go for the gold.
