Default Checked out a '09 SE this weekend, no widow sticker???

So, I was out running errands and stopped by a dealership to get a look at the Challenger. This was a black car with black interior. This car looks great! Really impressive looking car with a real back seat. The valence for the tag was flimsy as has been reported. I was really impressed by how much room was in the car, much more room than the Mustang which two of my friends have.
What I thought was odd was that the window sticker had been removed. There was a small narrow about 2x8 sticker on the windsheld that had the base price of the car, a charge for paint sealent, something like $675 and the charge for the rear spoiler which looked great. There was no gas mileage info just a blurb about cheking some web site or something. It actually looked kinda fishy, tho the base price of the car seemed correct. Is this common? I thought I had even read somewhere that it was illegal for a dealership to remove the window sticker, until the car was deliverd to the final customer.
What I don't like is the black interior, I would really like a lighter color interior and no manual tranny for the V6 SE. A manual in the V6 might give me a couple more mpg and that is important to me.
Overall a great looking car.
