Costco Purchase Strategy?

RE: Costco Purchase Strategy?
Thanks for the web address...per coscto's footnote "A participation fee has been paid by the participating dealers. All new cars arranged for sale are subject to availability and a price prearranged with the selling franchised new car dealer. Certain vehicles may be excluded from the program. Coscto and its affiliates do not sel automobiles or negotiate individual transactions."

Costco can't do anything that you can't do yourself! If and when sales slow down, why pay $100+ over invoice when you can buy below. Do not think that dealers really pay invoice, there are things called Hold Backs and Variables that refund the dealer when the vehicle is sold!

Not a freaking chance in hell that I will pay $10,000 over msrp for a new Chally, dont care how bad I want it, and I want one real bad. I'll just wait for the heat to die down or buy one a year or two later or used. For a company that's in termoil as they are, trying to soak us for an additional 10k is goin to piss off alot of potential buyers.
