Hardware, Fat Cat. I asked an employee where they were, and he took me to them. They were in a series of drawers, NOT hanging out on a rack. The drawers also had the little caps you can put over countersunk screws. That's actually what the guy thought I was talking about at first. I just told him, no, these things go over the other end of the screw. he understood what I meant.
