At times I'm sure it reads like an SRT world on the web. Popular Hot Rodding posted a great read on the Challenger...the R/T to be more specific and they think it rocks! It is also funny in parts like: Normally, we'd expect two tons of fun to plow through corners (The Challenger R/T is over 300 pounds heavier than our big-block '68 Chevelle), but Dodge's engineers were able to mitigate virtually all of the negative characteristics of the mass.

It's not capacious by any means, but two adults and one child can sit comfortably in the Challenger's back seat. The rear seats in the '10 Camaro and the current Mustang are there strictly for insurance purposes-or for inflicting torture.

Just thought I would repost the "original" beginning to this tread, since it got so far off track...even the railroad couldn't remember were it started.......................................

people need to learn to respect one another whether or not you like imports or muscle cars...everyone needs to cut the fanboy crap and just debate like normal people do...I hate imports, I think they are chick cars and have no balls for having to turbo a 4cylinder to make it go quick...but some people have other opinions so I respect them and their cars....so should all of you especially the ones who think the challenger is the only car that makes people turn their heads...

so respect each other and let us get back on topic.....

Ok, I said to myself I wasn't going to get back on this thread... but I go to work and come back wow look what happened..LOL..
Thanks Rudy for manning up to the facts bro... But like you said earlier in this thread about your parents give you your car and your gas... So remember when those SRT-4's pulls up to you, actually you don't have any money in your pocket, its your parents.. LOL.. What an oxymoron if i've ever heard of one..
I was thinking today at work while not doing anything to get paid, which I guess I get paid to think.. but I was thinking about the R/T and SRT thing and it struck me I want an SRT but the price is a little inflated so I'll wait for a used one I thought, now Im thinking shoot Im just going to strap a bottle to it and blow the doors off of everything... Then I'll be able to get the daily driver out of the 5.7 and better the SRT performance when I want it... My girls dad could prolly rig a nice set-up for me too... I've been reading about ones that kick in when the throtle is "all out" which would be perfect it takes the guessing out of it and when your all out why not have some "mojo" in it... LOL... Let me say i've never been a huge fan of nitrous but i've been reading a lot about it in the last few days doesn't sound all that bad... I think I'll hide it, keep it out of site out of mind..
