Yes. Sunny South Texas. Also, where I live is under the area where jets taking off from the San Antonio airport are making their turns while climbing. I've always had the feeling that there's a lot of unburned fuel making its way down to the ground.

Well, we all know this is a cost thing for Dodge. I don't see why Dodge couldn't have a 'premium' or 'traditional' color package or something where you could pay extra (say $1000) and get SubLime, Plum Crazy, B5, etc. I know the car is expensive enough as is but it beats having nothing at all.

With this color rebellion we should be able to squeeze out at least 1 more color out of them.

Good luck guys.

I have posted my thoughts on the Chrysler site and await my reply. We can only ask and hope ultimately that it sways some decisions and options more to our liking, besides that we love the car of course.

I understand paint choice is a personal thing but it is just not practical to have a large selection of paint colors. While people like yourself would think that $1000 for different paint is a great bargin, others would scream bloody murder and say it is a big ripoff. I think it would turn off more people than would be happy about it.

He he. No such luck, even if they dumped excess raw fuel out for an emergency landing it atomizes into thin air....

We're really not asking for a very large selection of colors, just a selection comparable in size to other cars and that the selection is interesting and fits the car.

Examples, look at volvo's custom build concept for their c30. There's something like 16 color choices. Look at the mustang, 10 choices. I'd imagine if you checked out every company's car builder page you'd find at least 8 color choices. The SE only has 6 choices, and the R/T 7. The SRT a pathetic 3 (this to the people paying more for the car than anyone). We're also asking that the (8-10) color choices be colors that would fit the retro theme of the car. Black, Silver, White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Orange, gold/bronze. That looks like a damn good color lineup to me! And it's only 10 colors. I'm sure anyone could find something they like from that. And if they're extremely worried that the green, yellow, and purple won't sell as well as the silver and black ones, just produce less. Look at grabber orange on the mustangs, it's probably the less popular than red but they still make it, they just make less of it. You'll see 3 red ones on the lot and 1 orange. I recall reading somewhere they only produced around 5,000 of the lime ones.

So make 5,000 black ones and 1,000 sublime and charge an extra $250 for it. They do this with torred already.
