Default How do you load music & pics

I have a 2010 Challenger RT with Nav/dvd/etc. I was trying to load pictures and music from a portable hard drive thru the USB port. It's not detecting any media (pictures or music). When I used a thumbdrive it recognized it and I loaded a picture. Does anyone have the trick.

Default Load music and pictures to your hard drive

I found the solution to this. I purchased a external portable hard drive 750GB (it was on sale). Then reformated the newly purchased extrenal portable drive to a Fat32 table.
Transfered the music and pictures from my computer then loaded them to the internal drive.
You can use a flashdrive, but make sure it can hold alot of music to transfer, you'll be there awhile.
