Okay, then that explains that. The forums are sort of a benefit I take it.

for instance, i did all of the information gathering, as well as the writing for this site...and almost everything at DF. Ive also done a mirada write up for wikipedia.

ive also done EXTENSIVE reviews of the mustang, including a review of every single year.

Okay, so are you saying you get paid for writing for these sites?

I'll have to go look at your wikipedia write up for the mirada.

I finished getting the Charger back together, got it running, and listed it on e-Bay.....[sm=boohoo.gif]

Tom, what made you decide to sell the charger? I would take you up on that, but we dont have that kind of money for a toy right now.

Sorry to hear that. With the [sm=boohoo.gif], it doesn't sound like you want that to happen?

I just paid off my dirtbike, and need to fix the carb and sell it. Not that I want to, but could use the money to pay off another bill and add something to the Mustang. Besides after killing of my Neon and me in it, the back can't handle offroad just yet.

It was not an easy decision, and it may still not be a final one.... bottom line, is that my son started college this month, my daughter is a senior in a private school that costs a bunch, my mortgage could choke a horse, and I have no financial breathing room at all..... and certainly nothing left for the Charger restoration fund. It's already been off the road since '92; it ain't getting any cheaper to restore one, and with the expenses I'm facing for the kids for the next 5 years, I've run out of options. I set a pretty healthy reserve- I'm well aware of what an original, number matching, complete Hemi car is worth in today's market- so if it doesn't sell, I may hang on to it and see what the R/T might bring instead.
