Shall we give Rudy the benefit of the doubt? He is innocent till proven guilty. Let us hope Rudy has the common sense and perspective to value and understand his parent's largesse and generosity, despite his tender age.

Most of us on this post have children Rudy's age and have sadly watched most of those in Rudy's circumstances blow it all because it was handed to them on a silver platter. And, all is the operative word-everything: college, health, relationships, etc etc etc..........

I just hope Rudy is the exeption to the rule. He sounds like a nice young man. The likelyhood Rudy will take any of this as earnest advice/reflections is low, but, again, let's hope Rudy has his stuff together, or shortly gets it together. And, in reality, least of all, stays out of trouble with his sweet set of wheels......

As to the WRX mouthfull of letters and numbers and 4 sec times, there is always somebody faster.

I have my Hemi, 6speed state of the art dream car, and Mr Fast and Furious Rice Burner doesn't..........He is happy, I am happy.........

 

I'm still skeptical about mid to high 4 second times on a WRX. Even the new one. Can someone post a link for that?

Also a stock STI beating an SRT8? Not in a straight line. Stock STIs can barely edge out a Mustang GT in a straight line.

Yeah it did 4.7 0-60 in the car and driver. Impressive. Cars just keep getting faster all the time. Kinda depressing I guess when you can't afford to flip yours every 4 years.
