I called Dodge customer service and now my VON has changed (to a much higher number) and my original VON is in a lady's name. My status was C in Feb. now its BG (unknown) under the new number. Wow, I'm hot. I just don't know what to do anymore. I've called the dealer and told them I ordered an 08 not an 09. If it wasn't going to be an 08 I wanted my deposit back. And they did give me my deposit. So, I guess I'm out of the game. Everyone enjoy your rides. And remember what everyone else went through to TRY to get where you are. Can I list the dealers that are not doing right in my area? Or is that a no no in our rules for this site?

I need to make somemore phone calls and wait at least 24 hrs before I act out. The last thing I want to do is make a bad judgement. Thanks for all your help.

Stroken, I'm surprised that so far you're the only one we've heard of not getting what the dealer said you'd get. That's pretty amazing, considering. I take it for granted that every car dealer is a giant liar and I'm shocked when one actually delivers what they promised.
I think it's cool as long as you didn't have your heart set on a hemi orange SRT8. Brian Tracy says that there's a good side to pretty much every bad event. Often times it leads to something even better happening.

For those who have ordered an 08, next week will start the ball rolling if there aren't any delays. Those who are lucky enough to be in D1 status will have there cars built next week. Some of the lower vin# in D status will move to D-1 status. Of course if,if there aren't any delays. Lets all cross our fingers.

Seems like we have been waiting forever, Monday can't get here soon enough for me. Like everyone else I am anxious to see movement in status and to see how quickly people start getting their vehicles.
